How do I sign up?

Go to SCENTEOR on our Main Menu and Sign Up for a Scenteor Subscription. Follow the checkout process to create an account and you’ll become a Scenteor subscriber. You can immediately start adding scents to your Scenteor Wishlist.

Do I need to sign up to buy?

You need an active Scenteor subscription in order to receive a 30 day supply of your favorite scent each month. You can purchase the full sized bottles independently, without a subcription but you still need to create a FREE account with your information.

What is Scenteor VIP?

Scenteor VIP is our ultimate perfume subscription plan that includes 3 scents and 3 colored cases in our deluxe VIP box for CAD $69.95/ every 3 months. Plus, you get access to exclusive VIP scents, not available through our basic subscription. Free Expedited shipping throughout Canada (includes tracking information). Worldwide shipping available at low rates.

Where can I find VIP scents and how do I add them to my Wishlist?

You can browse our VIP scents by selecting VIP Perfumes or VIP colognes on the sidebar while you’re browsing our scent collection. VIP scents will have a teal VIP bubble on their image. You can add these to your Wishlist by clicking the heart icon and selecting the desired date as usual. If you add a VIP scent to your Wishlist but you don’t have an active VIP subscription, your selection will be invalid.

I have a Scenteor subscription, now what?

You can start adding perfumes to your Scenteor Wishlist right away. Just click on the Heart button on your favourite scent and select the month you’d like to receive it. Remember, you have until the 5th of each month to set your perfume of choice for that particular month. After the 5th, changes to your Wishlist will no longer be taken into account for the current month.

Can I add more than one scents to my Wishlist?

Absolutely! You can add multiple scents to your Scenteor Wishlist and edit them later through your account.

You can keep updating the sequence of the perfumes, as long as you do it before the 5th of each month as mentioned above. Otherwise, your changes will not take effect for the current month.

Can I add both women and men scents to my Scenteor Wishlist under the same subscription?

You do not need to buy a separate subscription if you need to mix and match perfumes and colognes under the same subscription. So, one month you can select a perfume and the next one a cologne.

What will be included in my Scenteor subscription order every month?

Scenteor, unlike other subscription boxes, offers personalized services by allowing you to choose your perfume of choice every month and not randomly sending you products. Our Scenteor purse spray contains enough quantity of product (8 ml), to last a month’s use: a total of approximately 120 sprays, which comes down to 4 sprays/ per day. Your first order will include our signature Scenteor black case for FREE along with the scent of your choice. Each subsequent month, you will receive a refillable cartridge of perfume to use with your case. You can buy EXTRA CASES any time during the month and we will ship them with your upcoming order.

Can I purchase scents individually without a subscription?

We offer all our perfumes/ colognes A LA CARTE, which means you can add as many as you want to your cart and checkout anytime, without waiting for the subscription intervals.

You can also earn free store credit towards our A LA CARTE scents by referring your friends.

Where can I find the name of the scent I received?

You can easily find the name of the perfume/ cologne you received by twisting your Scenteor case and pulling out the glass vial. Our cases are not labeled because they are meant to be reusable.

Are your perfumes/colognes authentic?

All products are 100% original, authentic name brands by authorized US vendors. We do not sell knockoffs or imitations.

How much is Shipping?

Shipping is FREE in Canada. We offer low shipping rates worldwide too. Most of our full sized bottles qualify for free shipping worldwide. To find out if your order qualifies for Free shipping worldwide just add the items you’d like to your Cart, and find out at the Checkout page once you add your address.

When will you ship my order?

We ship Scenteor subscription orders twice a month on the 15th and 25th, depending on when you first order was placed. If you place an order after the 25th, this will be considered an order due for fulfillment for the following month.

We ship our orders Monday – Friday. If our monthly scheduled shipping date happens to be on a weekend or public holiday, your order will be shipped on the following business day.

Most of our full sized bottles are processed and shipped within 48 hours.

Can I track my order?

Our basic subscription ships FREE via our Standard Shipping option (4 – 9 business days), which doesn’t include tracking information. This allows us to make it as cost efficient as possible.

Our Scenteor VIP subscription box ships FREE via our Expedited Shipping option (1- 5 business days) and includes a tracking number.

Tracking information is not available for International orders.

What methods of payment are accepted?

We currently accept payments through all major Credit Cards and PayPal. If you choose to use PayPal, you don’t need a PayPal account to pay for your order as PayPal allows you to checkout as a guest.

What if I want to skip a month or cancel?

You can cancel your subscription any time through your Scenteor account.

You are also able to skip a month and put your subscription On Hold if you don’t feel like getting a perfume that month or for any other reason.

You must skip the month before the 5th. Otherwise, your credit card will be charged with a renewal order.

Your subscription will be automatically reactivated on the 1st of the next month so you don’t have to worry about missing another month.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged once you add a Scenteor subscription to your cart and checkout. This billing will cover your first perfume of the month. Each subsequent month your credit card will be automatically charged on the 5th and your subscription will be renewed. You can put your subscription on hold or cancel anytime through your Scenteor Account.

Do you have a referral program?

You can earn free perfume if you become an active subscriber and refer a friend.

They will receive a 20% OFF coupon code and you will receive $20 as store credit, once they sign up.

You can redeem your credit towards our A LA CARTE scents (originally $19.99).

You can view your referrals, store credit earned and more on the REFERRALS tab in you Scenteor Account’s Dashboard.
